Initial consultations and concept moodboards shared through this website are indicative and non-binding until formalised in a signed project agreement.
Payments
Payment schedules are outlined in individual project agreements. This website does not process any payments directly.
Intellectual Property
Design concepts, 3D renders and drawings created by Creative Interiors remain our intellectual property until full payment is received for the relevant project stage.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every care in design and execution, Creative Interiors is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including society approvals, material availability, or force majeure events.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
